Hot & Cold Rolled Sheet

With till date successful portfolio & market demand in such a short tenure made us more assured for our unique place in this industry which has inspired us to expand ourselves by launching new and new products. We are about to start the production of "Hot & Cold Rolled Sheet" for that machineries are under erection to have quality output.

For this manufacturing process is basically a gauge reduction process for which the raw material i.e. Stainless steel flats are first hot rolled and then cold rolled.

The Stainless steel flats are first cut into the required sizes and then hot rolled to convert it into 16 gauge sheet or traditionally called Patta. Hot rolling involves heating the flat pieces in furnace and then rolling it in heated state itself. End product of this process is Stainless steel sheet of 16 gauge which is traditionally called 'Hot Patta'. Same hot rolled sheets are again annealed and being cold rolled for further gauge reduction. By repetition of same process of cold rolling further reduction in the thickness is achieved up to 26 gauges.
